About Susan Tripepi

Susan joined Strachan Novak as Claims Manager in 2023 with over eight years' experience in Insurance, Office Management, Taxation and Human Resource consulting. As an adopted woman, she founded LifeHouse Ministries, Inc. in 2014 which provides safe housing and spiritual support to teen and young-adult women throughout their pregnancies. She is a graduate of The University of Akron with an Accounting degree, specializing in Non-Profit Tax.

Susan lives in Kent and is the proud mother of a daughter, son-in-law, and two beautiful granddaughters. She serves on many local committees and is a member of community groups within her church. With a passion to serve and having participated in many Habitat home builds since her high school days, she serves as a bboard member with Habitat of Humanity Portage County. In her spare time, she like to kayak, take beach vacations and run in various charity races.
